Bloom has no minimum order. We accept orders via our online shopping cart on Etsy. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 - 5 business days of receipt of payment.
Bloom accepts payment via all major credit/ debit cards and Apple Pay.
For credit and debit card payments please ensure that the billing address you give to us is the same address as on your card statement.
Order cancellations: If your order has shipped, we can not cancel it.
Bloom ships via USPS within the 48 contiguous US states, HI, AK, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands. We strive to ship all orders within 1-5 business days of receipt of payment.
Misdirected shipments, due to customer error, or abandoned shipments (orders not picked up at the delivery address provided, such as a UPS HUB) are subject to re-direct fees and/or return shipping charges by the shipper.
We do not accept returns. Please keep in mind that all of our products are handcrafted. Slight imperfections that do not compromise the aesthetics or quality of the products are normal. Due to the handcrafted process, slight variations in color, etc. may occur naturally from batch to batch. We work very hard to ensure that all of our customers are receiving the freshest product available. While we stand behind our products 100%, we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the sanitary nature of our product. However, if we've made a mistake in shipping, labeling, or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, and we will certainly do everything possible to make it right.
Please email us immediately if your shipment is damaged. Damage claims must be made within 3 business days of receipt of your shipment. All damage claims are subject to verification by the USPS, at their discretion. Please do not discard the box or material enclosed as it may be required by the delivery service for verification.
